"Great Product, but Service is Slow"
I've turned to this company for transforming my photos into custom tapestry kits. They take your image and print it on canvas, plus they provide all the yarns needed to finish the project. I've ordered from them twice, and the quality of the kits is top-notch. The final stitched piece looks fantastic. I only gave it 3 stars because both times, I had to wait quite a while for my order to arrive. This time, it took 2 months, and I had to reach out to them to get things moving. This really puts a damper on an otherwise excellent product.

"Amazing Support from the Team"
I've purchased 5 Lavender Hearts (all from John Lewis) and recently, I misplaced some of the wool on the one I was using. I reached out to the company through email, and they generously provided me with enough wool to complete my project. Now that's what I call customer service! It's fantastic. I'm a big fan of lavender and sewing - what’s not to enjoy? Great company, definitely recommend. I’ll be ordering directly from them moving forward.

I got some Appletons wool crewel skeins from this site. Picking the colors was super simple (unlike other places). There’s a ton of gorgeous stuff to pick from, and I found it all thanks to a tip from Melbury Hill. My order came well-packaged and arrived via 1st class mail. Thanks a bunch! I’ll surely be back to shop here again.

"An Amazing Site with Great Designs"
This is truly an amazing site and their designs are top-notch. I shop here regularly, and my pals often request that I create items inspired by Cleopatra’s Needle. Still, I had to take off one star due to the Appleton’s wool they use; I’m not a fan! I really wish they’d consider switching to Anchor, which is way easier to handle. But hey, that’s just my opinion. Definitely check out the kits; I assure you won’t regret it!
